Project Manager (M/F)

GenIbet is looking for a Project Manager (M/F) to participate in the delivery of clinical projects. You will be responsible for planning, leading and executing national and international manufacturing projects from initial set up to final review and release. Project Managers have pivotal role in discussing and defining the strategy with the client, ensuring the efficient and effective allocation of resources, while delivering product’s timely and on-budget delivery with high quality standards. We are looking for talents that can establish and build relationships with client teams, which result in client satisfaction, operational excellence and thereby increase potential for repeated business. Required Experience and Education:

• Minimum 2 -3 years of work experience in biotechnology. Previous experience in animal cell technology, preferably in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• PhD/MSc in Biotechnology, Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry or related sciences.

• Biopharmaceutical production and purification processes
• Background in Process Development, Scale-up and Tech Transfer
• Knowledge in Good Manufacturing Practices (ideal)
• Project Management tools, methodologies and techniques
• Strong organizational skills and motivation to work within cross-functional teams
• Good team spirit and excellent leadership skills
• Analytical skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent Proficiency in spoken and written English
